✔ Service Not Delivered: If the service was not provided due to a scheduling issue or cancellation from our end, a 100% refund will be issued.
✔ Unsatisfactory Service: If the service was completed but did not meet quality standards, we offer a free rework. In rare cases where rework is not feasible, a partial refund may be considered.
✔ Customer Cancellation:
If you are unhappy with the service, you can request a free rework within 24 hours of completion. Our team will assess the issue and arrange for corrective action.
❌ If the service was fully completed as per the agreed scope.
❌ If the complaint is raised after 24 hours of service completion.
❌ If external factors (like inaccessible areas, customer unavailability) prevented proper service execution.
✔ Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
