Refund and Returns Policy – Vu Care Services

1. Refund Policy

At Vu Care, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with our cleaning or pest control services, we offer a refund or service rework based on the following conditions:

Service Not Delivered: If the service was not provided due to a scheduling issue or cancellation from our end, a 100% refund will be issued.
Unsatisfactory Service: If the service was completed but did not meet quality standards, we offer a free rework. In rare cases where rework is not feasible, a partial refund may be considered.
Customer Cancellation:

  • If canceled 24 hours before the scheduled service, a full refund is issued.
  • If canceled less than 24 hours before the service, a cancellation fee (up to 20%) may apply.

2. Rework & Service Adjustments

If you are unhappy with the service, you can request a free rework within 24 hours of completion. Our team will assess the issue and arrange for corrective action.


3. No Refunds for the Following Cases:

❌ If the service was fully completed as per the agreed scope.
❌ If the complaint is raised after 24 hours of service completion.
❌ If external factors (like inaccessible areas, customer unavailability) prevented proper service execution.


4. Refund Processing Time

✔ Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
