1.1 Scope of Services: Vu Care provides deep cleaning, pest control, and painting services for residential and commercial properties.
1.2 Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed via phone, WhatsApp, or website. Confirmation is subject to availability.
1.3 Service Execution: Our team will carry out the service professionally using industry-standard equipment and safe cleaning solutions.
2.1 Pricing: Service prices are listed on our website or communicated upon inquiry. Prices may vary based on the size, condition, and location of the property.
2.2 Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, UPI, online transfer, or digital payment gateways.
2.3 Advance Payments: Some services may require an advance payment for confirmation.
2.4 Taxes: All service charges are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.1 Customer Cancellation:
✔ If canceled 24 hours before the scheduled service, a full refund is issued.
✔ If canceled less than 24 hours before the service, a cancellation fee (up to 20%) may apply.
3.2 Company Cancellation: If Vu Care cancels the service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.
3.3 Refund Policy:
✔ Full refunds for services not delivered due to company-related issues.
✔ Partial refunds may be provided if service quality concerns are raised within 24 hours of completion.
✔ No refunds for services that were fully executed and accepted by the customer.
4.1 Access to Property: The customer must provide full access to the premises for service execution. If access is denied, the service will be rescheduled with additional charges.
4.2 Utilities & Safety: The customer must ensure that electricity and water supply are available during service.
4.3 Valuables & Fragile Items: Customers should secure fragile and valuable items before service. Vu Care is not responsible for any accidental damages if prior notice is not given.
5.1 No Guarantee for Pre-Existing Conditions: Vu Care is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing issues like cracked surfaces, weak furniture, or untreated infestations.
5.2 Service Effectiveness: While we use high-quality cleaning agents and pest control treatments, results may vary based on the severity of infestation or dirt levels.
5.3 Third-Party Vendors: In some cases, services may be outsourced to trusted third-party vendors, and Vu Care will not be liable for third-party-related delays or issues.
6.1 Personal Information: Vu Care collects customer details (name, phone number, address) only for service booking and communication. We do not share this information with third parties for marketing.
6.2 WhatsApp & SMS Notifications: By booking a service, you consent to receive service updates and promotional offers via WhatsApp/SMS.
7.1 Complaints: Any service complaints should be raised within 24 hours of service completion for resolution.
7.2 Legal Action: Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be governed under the laws of Karnataka, India.
Vu Care reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website.
